About the Arab–Peruvian Chamber of Commerce
The Arab–Peruvian Chamber of Commerce was established by Dr. Hamed Abou Zahr, who holds a doctorate in International Law. It is officially registered in the Public Registry of Peru and operates in accordance with local Peruvian law. The Chamber is recognized by all Arab embassies in Peru and maintains strong relationships with the accredited Arab diplomatic missions. It aims to promote and strengthen commercial, industrial, financial, touristic, agricultural, and cultural cooperation between key economic players in Peru and the Arab world.
Our mission is to build a strong foundation and a reliable network through which individuals, businesses, and institutions on both sides can access relevant information and continuous support across various sectors. Rooted in the values of unity, cooperation, and shared progress, the Chamber works to foster sustainable development and meaningful engagement between all interested parties.
Our Vision
To bring Arab and Peruvian stakeholders closer together by fostering direct communication, mutual understanding, and shared economic growth. The Chamber serves as a bridge for long-term business collaboration, cultural appreciation, and partnership opportunities that benefit businesses, investors, and communities alike.

Language & Cultural Mediation
Recognizing the rich cultural and linguistic diversity between Arab countries and Peru, the Chamber provides language and cultural mediation services to facilitate clear communication and mutual respect. We support businesses in overcoming language barriers and cultural differences, ensuring smoother negotiations and stronger partnerships.
